I called this business at about noon on a Thursday to inquire about a very hard to find part for my older BMW, the man running the show had an answer for me within 24 hours, and allowed me to pick it up the same day. If you need bmw parts, give this location a chance. I don’t think I could have had a better experience. 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you!!
Took my BMW for diagnostics on overheating issue. Car is been sitting at the body shop for a month, no resolution found, Been Advised to add coolant overtime.. Agreed on $60 diagnostics fee, but payed $184, because it's been "serviced" more time than expected. Took the car home, and found several Scratches along the body on both sides. Big Dent on the front bumper and drivers carpet logo been torn. Regret taking my car to this location, Very Disappointed about the dent on the bumper, and the scratches on the car.
