I first met with Maria D of BHHP at my brother's apartment at Sycamore Glen in Chico, and I was pleased with her ability to communicate with my brother, who did not necessarily want care but knew he needed it. She understood that and worked on finding the right person. So, we were one of the families affected by Enloe Hospice's closure. It was upsetting, because we adored the staff and care we got from Enloe Hospice. Many, however, transferred to Butte Home Health so the transition has been good. The RN is the most important and crucial, right? We met Pamela for her first visit and it only took minutes to be comfortable again.
