Great management. This building is fairly new, Very clean and well maintained and has an onsite Social Worker. There are yoga classes, crafts and tenant meetings And a beautiful courtyard with garden plots for the tenants. Great location. Bus stops at 2 sides of the building and trendy shops all around. Also, my favorite, Independence Hall right across the street, featuring films, concerts and a huge grassy field for a dog park. I can't imagine wanting to move out. I love it here!
Clean I was very happy to see how clean kept the neighbourhood was and how convenient the bus is!
2 bedroom apartment in small town This is an excellent apartment complex for families. The apartments sit right next to the park, where you can take your kiddos to play. It's nestled in little Eagle Point, Gateway to the Lakes!! It's close to good restaurants and shopping. An hour from Crater Lake!
