The 2 drivers who picked up my husband were exceptionally rude, arrogant, officious & completely unprofessional in how they handled my husband’s medical situation. The driver who picked up my 100 year old Grandfather was rude, insensitive and inconsiderate. I won’t go into details, he either needs a vacation or another occupation. Completely unprofessional.
