Hi I went here when I was looking for my mental health solutions after calling a mental health line to get a second opinion. The building was a bit tucked away. But there was a gentleman with bald head there.... I don't remember his name. But he gave me a once over and said I was probably fine if the hotline said I was. I told him about my rapid growth from midlife crisis and he told me it was totally normal to have these things happen. I felt seen when the front desk person saw me too. Accepted me for being human! 1 in 5 people who experience a mental health episode will be shot by police. That statistic was founded in 2015, imagine how bad it is now. Anyway, this place claims to have a mobile crisis team, but they will simply call the police on you if you're having a crisis.

They make getting an appointment long and difficult and simple things such as filling an antidepressant an absolute nightmare

I don't recommend They are unethical is my own experience. They discriminate. They are inappropriate. I do not recommend. I feel badly for people who use their services here. I am only 1 person. I am genuinely greatly dissatisfied, but perhaps there is someone who has a genuinely different experience. This place used to be ok, but I'd say, it got bad, around 2017. And the lady time I gave them another chance in 2024. They were terrible. Dehumanizing. Lacking humility. Disgraceful to me. Threatening. Dishonest Scary. Unsafe. ... read more
