This is the second time I’ve been charged twice for a car wash that doesn’t even clean my car. My car was sprayed with water and soap and then it ended. The dryer didn’t even work and my car is still dirty and covered in soap. Please do better!! I would like a refund for both transactions.
We were just at the auto wash in Macon. Tried to use 2 different credit cards but it wasn’t working right so we put $20 cash in for the Tiger wash and did not get our $5 change back. The car behind us just drove out without getting a wash because they couldn’t get their card to work and didn’t have cash. I would give it zero stars, but they don’t even have that! By the time I got back inside the truck to pull forward, I only got the front tires sprayed with the undercarriage wash! Spent 14 bucks on an auto truck wash that didn’t take the dirt film or bugs off the grill of a white truck! Not only that it, started putting the sealant wax on while there was soap still on the truck!
Paid for the most expensive car wash twice now. The windows didn’t even come clean either time. And their was still gravel dust all along the vehicle. Will not be back.
