Rented property for 6 months : agents made sure it was in excellent condition - dealt quickly with any issues and were incredibly helpful when I was moving out .Ensured security deposit was returned in less than a week. They employ their own maintenance staff - and , unlike some agencies , ensure any repairs etc are of the best quality.
It was our first time renting a house in the UK, and the whole process felt much easier thanks to the amazing support from Kate and the Hall & Home Lettings team. They were always quick to respond, very supportive, and guided us through everything step by step. We truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!
The entire team were brilliant! Everything was such a smooth process, from the viewings with Rebecca Bird, who has also been great at checking in after we got the keys and quickly responding to any issues, to Rebecca Hall who was always on hand with calls and information, and Kate who managed our contracts. They were all so friendly and incredibly quick to respond to any queries we had. We really appreciate their dedication in making our rental journey seamless. Couldn’t recommend them more!
AVOID like the plague! Myself and my partner went to view a house with these people, and the first red flag was how we were treated during the viewing. The estate agent (Rebecca) was more interested in chasing after the cat and making sure it didn’t get out then showing us around and when we were speaking to her at the end of our viewing trying to ask questions we were cut off and basically told to leave as the people viewing after us had pulled up. I lived in a flat for almost 4 years which was managed by Hall and Home (previously Butlins) when ever we had a problem it was fixed promptly. They were always lovely when speaking with them. Can't recommend them enough.
