AVOID like the plague! Myself and my partner went to view a house with these people, and the first red flag was how we were treated during the viewing. The estate agent (Rebecca) was more interested in chasing after the cat and making sure it didn’t get out then showing us around and when we were speaking to her at the end of our viewing trying to ask questions we were cut off and basically told to leave as the people viewing after us had pulled up. I lived in a flat for almost 4 years which was managed by Hall and Home (previously Butlins) when ever we had a problem it was fixed promptly. They were always lovely when speaking with them. Can't recommend them enough.
These ladies are amazing, they've constantly settled any concerns, and escalated any repairs quickly and efficiently! If you're looking for a lettings agency, these lovely ladies will sort you out without any hesitation!
