We just had storms pass thru the area and all tree services are slammed for weeks - I'm talking 4-5 weeks. I was impressed someone even answered the phone! Diana Butler not only took my call, she was so helpful to recommend other tree companies she felt would be reasonable. She even gave me a list. Wow, that's great customer service! I'm keeping BUTLER TREE SERVICE in my contacts to call first!
Great communication. Very punctual and conscientious. Trimmed up an old dying willow for us so the most dangerous branches were cut off. Clean up was very good as well. Will be calling back to finish the tree to the stump when we can!
I am a little slow at writing this review however I wanted to Thank Jon for his fantastic work on pruning my tree in early January. Pricing was reasonable and pruning was perfectly preformed. Everything I wanted done in a timely manor. Jon mentioned to me my tree species had a tendency of breaking when not trimmed and my tree was in need of some loving care.
