I cannot say enough great things about this business. My fiance and I were driving to Florida for a big move, my car was packed to the brim and of coarse, my battery died. We had no idea where we were, and I was able to call Butler's which said it was nearby. I spoke with the woman at the front desk who was able to get someone to come out to tow my car. Had a 2nd flat with no additional spare all in one day. Butler's came to our rescue, towed the car & took us to a motel. Prompt, efficient, friendly people and reasonable prices. Despite our bad luck with tires, we found a great help at Butler's. Thanks again for the help.
Terrible Service Period They have had my car over a Month.(Already Lost Two Jobs) They never once told me how long the repairs might take. They LIE about having or not having parts to suit there needs. I have to call EVERYDAY jus yo have some idea of what's going on. An they have been telling me they'll finish tommorw for Over Two Weeks Now. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THEM AGAIN, IF I EVEEEEEEER GET MY CAR BACK!!
Needed an oil change, went to Butler’s for it! The service was prompt & efficient! Was greeted by Chelsey and a big smile! Although they were extremely busy, we were in and out within 45 minutes! That’s not too bad at all considering how full they were! I highly recommend Butler’s Service Center for all your car/truck needs!! Oh, by the way... they also tow!😃
Fast, efficient, affordable.
Heading home from our first family vacation, our tire broke. We had no clue how we would make it home to Florida with two children. Once they got the truck on the lift, the mechanic noticed both sides needed to be fixed. Without hesitation, John helped us in the most astonishing way.
