I will say over all they did a good job, however I started to notice items not being done, I ran a swifter right after the lady came and it was full of dirt, I also left the pink mildew in the shower on purpose, I sent an email with pictures and issues, I also stated we would be having puppies and not to come that week, well they came. Again pink mildew was left and of course I mopped my floor when she left. I have had about 4 cleanings so far, once a month, and I have been very satisfied with them all. They are definitely the go-to for cleaning in the area. So glad I discovered Butlers in the manor!
Victoria was at our condo on Wednesday the 22nd of February. She is a delightful individual with an excellent work ethic. She leaves no stone unturned in the effort to give us the best service possible. I highly recommend this service and would love to have Victoria at my home again
