Excellent They have been grooming our dog for years. They always do a great job. They even remember (via a customer card) any special requests. They care about each dog and treat him or her as a customer not just a job. In addition to the standard bows they also have bandannas or none if your dog prefers. PROS: CONS: no services for cats
Me and my Pup Jace, love his Groomer Morgan and the entire staff at Butlers! Morgan has been grooming Jace since shortly before his 2nd Birthday and he just turned 5 years old and I wouldn't let anyone else touch him! The atmosphere at Butlers has that good old small town everyone is family feel and Jace always looks absolutely phenomenal when Morgan is done with him. Butler's dog grooming formerly Butler's dog wash in Beaverton is certainly not the place to bring your loved pet. The family owned business owners are liars, they hold your pet hostage overnight if needed they will even threaten the customer in them telling you they will leave your pet at the humane society. They lie about their pricing and even change the price when you pick up your pet as they did to me. Butlers Pet Grooming did groom ******'s cat "Trooper" on September 28, 2016. This was "Troopers" 2nd time to the shop. After finishing Troopers groom we called ****** to pick up her cat. She would not be bothered with picking him up and sent a young gangster looking female to pick him up. She did not have enough money to pay for his grooming and simply walked out of the shop "saying I guess the cat stays" so I kennel Trooper in a 700 vari kennel (big enough for a small pony) and went home for the day. Not! – Showed up early to pick up my dog, the groomer was YELLING at him. This is a 7 lb, 7 month old, Little dog! Then some ugly comments were made towards another dog. The next day I called, and talked to the owner, I was disturbed by the attitude of the groomer towards my dog, she said he "needed to grow up"! I have taken my other dog there for 18 years before new owners. Not any more! Anyone with that attitude towards pets, needs to change their profession!
