Great, honest service from start to finish. From my 1st phone call to the check out, everyone was helpful and friendly. Mac was knowledgeable, fast and honest about the work needed to be done. Front desk was helpful and courteous. I encountered other staff while I was there and everyone was awesome. I was lied to and quoted a much higher amount at another shop nearby, so I am very grateful I found them.
This shop is a complete rip-off. They charge hourly at the same rate as a dealership, without giving the same quality of work. They charged for an alignment that wasn't completed. I was charged $86 for a taillight bulb replacement. The woman at the front desk is belligerent- no customer service at all.
Very rude staff members!! Go elsewhere! Terrible customer service.
Had high hopes for a good experience with Butler's Automotive bc they were recommended by a power coater I've done biz with but, unfortunately was not the case... Simple mount and balance 4 tires. Took 4 hours (I waited, has never ever taken this long!) and turns out they did NOT balance the tires. Almost immediately I noticed a vibration thru the steering wheel which was not there prior to them mounting my new tires. They texted me afterwards, I responded about the issue and never heard back.
