The service department at Butler Toyota is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this dealership at all costs — go to any other Toyota location instead. They will try to charge you for services you don’t need, and even if you ask them to remove certain services, they find ways to add unnecessary charges elsewhere. In the end, you can easily end up paying hundreds of dollars for things you never asked for. When you ask to speak with the manager, it’s just more of the same attitude.
