Back in 2017 I bought a used car from Butler Toyota and the experience was fine. Nothing special; it's a dealership, not a spa. Fast forward to 2025 and I get an email from Krystal Asher at Butler Toyota who "noticed" that it was my birthday and they wanted so much to wish me a happy birthday and would just love to "catch up"! Of course I asked them to stop contacting me, because people in need of cars are not waiting around for dealerships from 10 years ago to email them. Bought a 2024 4Runner from Butler Toyota. Abdel Cruz was the salesman. He was great. I enjoyed the process with him. He is new but he has knowledge and was helpful. The only 2 complaints I had with the sale is that of the detail dept is clueless. All they did was wash the truck. Didnt bother vacuuming the insider or wiping it down. There was tree sap all over the truck and they did not even attempt to remove it. But it seems like all the dealerships detail depts are lacking in detailing.
