So incredibly friendly. Coach (the new car manger greeted us with a big smile and a great conversation. Then Josie took over. They didn’t have what I wanted on the lot. But Josie and Coach told me not to worry - they’d find it. And 15 minutes later they found the exact car. Then we worked out a GREAT price. They were so accommodating even on the price. The entire process was pleasant happy and friendly - not like a typical car dealer experience. I can’t recommend Butler Toyota and Josie highly enough.
I, James Mitchell, had ongoing issues with my Toyota 4Runner and brought it to this dealership multiple times while it was still under warranty. Every visit, I was told the vehicle was “fine.” Once the warranty expired, they suddenly found the problem. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has made me question their integrity. I would advise anyone to get a second opinion and document everything while still under warranty. This is extremely frustrating and feels very dishonest.
This really is a wonderful dealership. I had purchased a Nissan Kicks here in August 2025 that unfortunately broke down with less than 2000 miles on it and it left me and my newborn stranded on the buckman bridge. I was understandably upset and the staff at Butler Toyota did everything in their power to make it right. I ended up leaving with a Toyota Camry that I absolutely love! Huge thank you to James, Joe and management! These guys truly care about their customers.
