Very few power outages- helpful and informative when there is one

Great Company with even better employees!
On Monday Sept. 2nd, I was walking our dog, heard a loud boom and saw smoke in our woods. When I came inside, my husband was on the phone with Butler Rural, we had no power. A lineman came to our home within 15 minutes, saw a dead raccoon near transformer, he was able to replace the fuse in the transformer and our power was restored, seriously, in no more than 20 minutes, and on a holiday! Thanks Butler Rural, great service and we really appreciated it!
