We had an excellent experience with Marko. He was very responsive after requesting a quote. We had a leaking skylight that needed to be replaced. Marko came out and took a look at the skylight before giving us our options and quotes. The work was done quickly and looks great.
Butler was great to work with. Communication with Pat and Marko was outstanding and the new roof looks great.
I could not recommend Marko and his team at Butler roofing more. They worked with me and went to bat against my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. His workers were fast and my new roof looks amazing. Even after a mistake from the shingle supplier sending the wrong ones Marko was able to have his team tear off and do a full replacement within 48 hours. Amazing service and workmanship
Quality is best word to describe experience with Marko as project manager. He was flexible, very involved and identified original construction issues with my home, making sure they were corrected properly. He was and continues to be a great advocate for me when we encountered claim issues involving my insurance company.
Marko was fast to reply and help with doing a quote on a roof via Google Earth. Home buying is stressful and has lots of moving pieces but Marko made us feel better about what is to come as move forward with the home purchase and will definitely call Butler for their expertise and work
