Gary was very helpful every step of the way in purchasing our home. He kept us informed of any issues that needed addressed or negotiated with the sellers. As a Flight Attendant for American Airlines I needed to relocate to Defiance County, where I grew up. I was interested in a house listed by Gary Butler of Butler Realty in Defiance. I viewed the home and wasn’t for sure and needed to think on it. Mr Butler claimed there was 3 other people viewing them property and that stuck in my mind as I was driving back to Arizona to see my home there. Went to look at a house today. Realtor never showed up. He never called us. Waste of gas and time.
