They need to fix their process on contacting patients when their is an issue. My rx was called in by my Oncologist on Friday and their was an issue with my insurance. They didn't call on Friday, they waited until I went to pick it up on Sunday to tell me they couldn't get it to go through my insurance. I had to have the rx transferred to Walgreen's and Walgreen's called the insurance fixed the issue and I had my rx in less than an hour. Butler's had it for days and did nothing. Butlers pharmacy has been my pharmacy for 40 some years my first experience was with a little four-year-old in the middle of a blizzard that had a terrible ear ache and they made arrangements for the fire department to bring his medicine .anytime I’ve ever needed anything there right there and they care. And again today it was Butlers to the rescue. Thank you

Horrible experience at store on 12/23. Sent complaint to store and Hallmark regarding my experience; await reply.
They are a Hallmark store and would not except a Hallmark coupon off my cell phone. They only accept printed coupons. They need to step up in technology. Everywhere I go they accept coupons off my phone. I will go to a different Hallmark where they accept cell phone Hallmark coupons. And the cashier Karissa, was not the most welcoming employee.
