In the process of doing a mortgage refinance and called Butler Pest Control for a required Termite Inspection. When he answered the first question was is this for a refinance. When I answered yes I was told I will be there within the hour. He arrived within 30 minutes. Took care of the inspection as well as some flies, carpenter ant and wasp.
