My Husband and I are renting a unit at butler park, We have been doing this for at least 2 years and will be continuing to rent until We made room for are stuff at are house. U haul here is the greatest!! I left an item in a truck accidentally and they saved it for me! I thought it was lost forever, but not here... They are very polite, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended 👌

Booked a moving truck for out of hours pick up. The day before, UHaul changed our pick up location to one further away!! I called customer service to complain, couldn’t get through. Called the location who confirmed it was there and ready for pick up out of hours the next day, just needed the app. Arrived on time the next evening to pick up, the app said “a piece of equipment has not been assigned - please call”!!!
