I recently refinanced my vehicle I purchased at Butler Nissan. I submitted all the required documents directly to GAP insurance provider and they cancelled the coverage within 4 weeks. They notified Butler Nissan on Feb 28. I have called several times and only get to speak to an answer machine for the controller and then to main accounting office. Always preferred service by Walsh Nissan, after deer strike auto body sent my titan to Butler Nissan ( just opened)to replace air bag and seat belt assy. They kept my titan for 3 weeks because In changing the seat belt, they broke a plug on the wire harness, which they charged to insurance. When I got my truck back,had to finish tucking carpet and correcting seat belt installation. Great staff, easy purchase, sent my application on-line, got it approved, went in a couple days later, when I was available, signed the paperwork and walked out with the keys. Crystal was an awesome sales woman, and Chris made the process go that smoothly.
