The equipment is shoddy and the gurney is very uncomfortable but the two women transporting me to Washington Hospital Center from Meritus May 2nd were professional and nice.
Very unhappy with this service. The crew that is here is very pleasant but the hospice patient is having to sit outside and waiting on more help to come help patient come upstairs. There were aware of the conditions to getting the patient into his house ahead of time. Dispatch had everything set up but last minutes Brooke said no just go so you can get done and get back in service. So now it’s even longer for this to happen. They said to go to website to pay for service, with not amount stated. They were scheduled in advance to come to hospital to transport my Mom to PT facility. Arrangement made for 5 pm, they came at 8 pm. Do not use them and if your Frederick Health Hospital, tell them to not contact to Butler
Please don’t select this transport for your route not come on time no respectful staff please don’t select
After serious back surgery was transported from White Oak to Shady Grove on a tiny unpadded stretcher. My back was much worse after. Don't use them
