Picked new boat up and trim tabs werent working at pickup they had warranty replace that. Then took boat out for 1st time had 5 overheat alarms took to dealer at home they had to replace impellar and thermostats $420 later and no help out of butler have boat functioning would have to think twice about letting their service department work on your boat after a boat that supposedly was checked out before pickup having these issues. I have purchased 2 boats from Butler Marine over the years. First one was a used 20' Outrage. The second was a new Carolina Cat. Both transactions were very professional and smooth. I also sold my Carolina Cat through Butler Marine. Chris is a hard working business owner that really cares about his customers. My next boat purchase will most certainly go through Chris and his team.
