I like Butler Limousine Service. My driver David contacted me the day before to confirm my pickup time and address. He was really nice, on time, friendly, and pleasant to talk to. He got me to the airport within an hour. I was very happy and will use Butler Limousine Service again. Thank you David.

I have been meaning to write a review for some time. We used Butler for our last trip to Lafayette Park Hotel. My driver was Allan he met me at baggage claim with a sign and water. He gave us a quick tour of bay area on our way to hotel. I was so impressed with his knowledge. He recommended we eat at Ruth Chris Steak House in Walnut Creek House. Highly recommend this team.LP

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK this company. You should use Uber or Lyft. This company is horrible on all levels. The manager of the hotel we were staying at booked this company for us. Butler Limousine is a joke! We got picked up in an old LS model Tahoe that had no HEATER. The driver had a huge puffer jacket on when he picked us up to take us to the San Francisco Airport at 6 am.
