Ms. Buttler's website indicates that she gives free consultations, but it is misleading. Her intake specialist Brittany is trained to set up a "free" 30-minute consultation, then at the end of the call Brittany tells you that the consultation will not include any legal advice and then tries to "upsell" to a $300 30 minute consultation. I tried to understand what on earth Ms. Buttler does talk about for 30 minutes while withholding legal advice, but Brittany couldn't say.
