I had insurance with this family owned business for well over a decade and if I hadn’t moved out of state, I would still be with Butler insurance, Frank Sr and Frank Jr are awesome at what they do and I had the best insurance rate for the longest time with the butlers now for people like Brandi who assume that they own all the insurance companies they represent and will up and cancel your policy, that’s BS if your policy gets canceled, that is not the butler‘s fault. Horrible horrible horrible service! My parents have been with them for YEARS always paid on time NEVER EVER has any claims. When they needed them they canceled them. Have HORRIBLE service.
