Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership before. I went in excited reading all of the 5 star reviews, specifically involving Sam, and received awful service from every employee, except for Nathan who attempted to salvage our experience as we were finally getting to leave after asking for my car keys back 4 times (I was planning on trading my car in).
