Aaron did a very good job in the entire process - from estimates to installation. Their price was lower than bids from Derry Berry and another one. I strongly recommend them.
It's hard to find honest HVAC companies that do quality work. We've been very happy with the service from Butler Heating and Cooling. They've replaced both of our units and we've been extremely happy with the service. They are reasonably priced and use quality equipment.
Our air conditioning was not cooling the house even though we could feel cold air coming from the vents. We dreaded calling an HVAC company because of how much we paid the big names in the past. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Butler Heating and Air. They were able to come out the same day, explain and resolve the issue and charged a very reasonable price for their service. I will use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.
We had a package unit go out this winter and Aaron was on site very quickly. 2 days later they installed new package unit and did an amazing job. Price was more than fair and they have stayed in contact with us after the install. There was a minor manufacturer issue and Aaron was out in less than 24 hours to install the upgrade. Unit is fantastic. Thanks to Butler for everything. I will not call anyone else after this install.
