We had a chance to use Butler heating and air finally. Fast, friendly, lots of good advice they know what they’re doing. Don’t lie to you like others to sell your parts you don’t need. ! Highly recommend won’t bother with any others like up the highway from them !
Not real happy with them right now. Over $10,000 for a new heat pump, furnace coil and thermostat and furnace kicks off and starts right back up again 3 times in a row! Maybe 10 seconds in-between. This will be the second time this month they've been out to fix this. First time "bad thermostat". Replaced it. Wonder what the problem is this time.
I recommend this company highly! Everyone has been friendly and the work they did was impeccable.

Butler is one of the best companya I have ever used. I'm never home due to my work. They always accommodate, Go out to the house, take my payment over phone. All one there own, no face to face interaction with me at all, cuz I'm three states away! I trust these guys 1000 percent. I have seen some poor reviews. Not going to comment on those reviews.
