Time and time again anytime we have questions about our system they come out right away and take the time to answer all of our questions. We definitely feel taken care of with this company and the system they installed for us last year is running like a top without issue.
So grateful to Nate and everyone at Butler Heating & Air. Recently Nate discovered and repaired an issue with the venting from when the system was originally installed by another company. That one simple fix has made a huge difference in how the air flows throughout the entire house! Butler Heating & Air takes care of all my HVAC & Generac generator needs. I highly recommend this company!

We’ve had excellent experiences with Butler Heating and Air. Adam came out on two occasions for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and professional and easy to communicate with. He really seemed to care about what was in our best interests. He was able to fix the 32-year-old system, but we made the decision to move onto a new HVAC unit. Beware!!!! A singular star is way more than this company deserves!! This business likes to take advantage of SINGLE WOMEN! My Geothermal system was acting up. I had someone come and change the circulation pump and they suggested to call Butlers to have them purge the system. They came out and hooked up to system and blew a line indoors on my system and then stated that my closed loop system had a leak, that the condenser and coils were shot and whole system was done and needed replaced!!
