My wife is a patient of BHS neurology department. On Nov. 14, 2022 the PA she was seeing recommended she reduce a medication and have a brain CT scan due to a recent fall. We were to be called once she talked to the Dr. about timing of the decrease of the medicine. It is now eight days later and we have not had a call. I called today and was told she was too busy to call and the CT scan had not been submitted for approval. Gross Incompentence!! Back in July, my daughter had a car accident. We took her to Butler ER for neck pain and whiplash. They gave her an injection of Toradol. My daughter SCREAMED as this nurse gave her this injection into her upper arm. My daughter is a petite young lady. I found out later that first, toradol is available in a pill form. Second, for a 60 mg injection, this should have gone into her bottom, not her arm! 😡 Her arm hurt for about a week after that.
