Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. Yeesh. Just drive the extra 15 minutes to butler to medexpress. Theresa, the nurse practitioner I saw was absolutely awful and negligent and left the room after slapping my thigh and telling me the antibiotics she prescribed me “wouldn’t do me a lick of good” without saying goodbye or asking if I had any questions she slammed the door on me after telling me “a cough isn’t a sickness honey.” In the most condescending tone. ??? My 18 year old granddaughter went because she as sick and had pink eye . Was treated very rude . Dr. Threw the pad on her lap and told her she could leave . Didn’t give any advice or suggestions what to do but did call a antibiotic . She didn’t know what for . She called me crying very upset and still had no idea why she was sick . I’m intend to file a complaint . 28th day of March 2025 . In early afternoon hours . I hope you get talked to about your rudeness .
Came here for a burn on my arm. Waited 2 hrs to be seen. Taken back to a room and still havent been seen. This is now hour 3. Was told the doc would be right in. Okay? Where is he? Id love to get my burn checked but apparently “faster care” is not a fast caring place. 😑 the nurse ALMOST put the blood pressure cuff on my burn. Like, dont you see my arm is burned??? 0 star rating in my book
