Long waits with little to no communication. I sat in one of the back rooms for over an hour waiting to see the doctor. I thought maybe I’d been forgotten about. I consider myself a patient person, but no one even popped in to let me know that it’d be just a little bit longer. Nurse as absolutely one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I've ever met in the healthcare field. She was curt, never smiled, was not gentle with vitals, and I could hear her gossiping about patients behind their backs.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE 3 HOURS AWAY. I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD! I came in feeling sick after being bedridden for two days and eating nothing. I came in, first thing I am told is that my "breath smelled like I was eating roadkill before I came in" as I have an active infection in the back of my throat. Funny joke.
