Never again will I darken the doors of this urgent care! The person at the front desk could not answer a billing question for me prior to me walking in, then the Dr was pretty rude when I had to deal with him. And when I got the bill in the mail...I tried calling billing to see what exactly i was charged for bc it seemed a little high, the Dr had said if a rapid test wasn't possitive he would send cultures to the lab, so I was afraid it was positive AND he sent it to the lab but no one would answer to me what the extra part ... read more
Arrived there at 825pm, they said sorry we are closing. I said your website and sign says closes at 9. He simply said I know.
Took 4 hours for a small problem. Does not worth the time.if I can get the medicine from supermarket, I won’t waste one minutes there.
Took a long time to be seen. Like a couple hours long. I was gonna give 1 star but the Dr was very nice and showed genuine concern.
The doctor was nice and wait wasn’t too long. Nurse wasn’t that friendly but doctor made up for it. As for the other reviews. When you get a drug test and you receive the vial you can’t leave, common procedure.
