My wife had her boob smooshed painfully wrong at her annual mammogram and went to this place to make sure there was no damage to her ribs or chest. She was unable to get past the receptionist and his invasive questions at check in. He at first misunderstood and assumed she was there for chest congestion. Once it was explained that the injury was caused by a mammogram, he informed her that they didn't do those and that she would need to go to outpatient to get a mammogram. I took my son here for a really bad sore throat. We thought the office staff, nurse, and doctor were nothing short of great. We are appreciative for this service on a Sunday afternoon.
I do not understand these reviews, the entire time I was getting treated there all staff were very nice and professional. Short wait time, great treatment, and very understanding during a procedure they needed to do. Always said what the doctor and nurse were going to do before doing it. The male nurse everyone seems to have a problem with and claim is some terrible monster was the opposite. He was the nicest nurse I've ever gotten treated by.
Seems to get worse everytime i have to go. No compassion, no regard for anxiousness. RUDE nurse. The PA was kind, and understanding. If she doesn't like frivolous minor inconveniences she should work somewhere more exciting like an actual emergency room. B*
rude terrible service. went in for literally just a strep test & it took two hours. i’m appalled.
