Maury came out and identified our issue, provided us with a plan of action, and taught us necessary new homeowner info. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We're so relieved he fixed us up, same day. We plan on being repeat customers, and referring anyone who might be in need of Butler's services.
I'm VERY happy with the service provided by Butler Plumbing and Restoration. Everyone was very professional and courteous- from Tara in the office to Kaden, the plumber! I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.
My sewer backed up on a Friday night. Adam answered the phone and he was professional, polite and funny. Maurey came out on Saturday morning.
