When I called to set up the appointment, they were very unprofessional. Owner was cussing the guy on the phone out and didn’t help me out as a customer. They also called me the day of the appointment and then said they’d called the wrong phone number. I could hear someone in the background fussing at the caller. After that, they didn’t show to do a quote.
Butler is the man when you're lookin' for a window project! Excellent customer service!
