RecommendedQuick. Honest. Professional. Reasonable. He told me straight up over the phone how much it would cost to repair my garage door opener and how much it would cost to replace it if necessary. He came early the next morning and repaired it. He even replaced the bulb and made a minor repair to the door, no charge. He's a rarity these days. No need to call anybody else.
Bruce answered my email inquiry during the National Championship football game last night! He arrived EARLY to our appointment! He did an amazing job fixing my garage door -- with quality hardware! He went the "extra mile" adjusting the spring tension, securing mountings, adjusting door-stop sensitivity, … And charged exactly what he quoted -- which seems very low for the quality job! After such great service, I am challenged to "pay it forward" to others!
