Knowledgeable Professionals with Heart. When moving from Northern Illinois to be closer to my son and daughter-in-law in the St. Louis area, a family friend recommended Juli-Ann and Carol. Consistently forthcoming with accurate information, they offered cautions, observations, and suggestions, guiding rather than steering me so I could make informed decisions. I appreciated Juli-Ann's attention to the smallest ... read more
Excellent Advice, Fast Sale. Carol and Juli-Ann were terrific to work with. They were kind, smart, responsive and gave us great advice. There is no better team in St. Louis. Highly recommended.
Double coverage through this real estate agent team. We always felt connected to Juli-Anne and Carol regardless of their real estate work load or if one of them was out of pocket. They carefully and diplomatically handled communication with us and all entities associated with our buying and selling needs. They... read more
Helpful and efficient duo . Carol and JuliAnn made the house selling experience very easy, and were able to sell my house right around the holidays at a good price. When issues came up in inspections they were incredibly helpful getting them resolved.
