Outstanding! Juli-Ann and Carol were an outstanding resource in selling our home. We had to deal with major foundation and other issues for over a year since we first listed the house. This project included coordinating our work with several contractors and vendors since we were no longer local and live in South Carolina. Far above & beyond expectations. If not for Carol and Juli-Ann who expertly navigated past the many landmines that threatened to blow up the sale of our house, there's no way we would have closed, especially in a difficult market.
