Regret buying this house! Look into buying at Santa Rita! They have an awesome community and we had focused in that area instead of believing all the false promises Butler Farms sold us. Don't believe them! Don't even get me started on the HOA who only cares about their monies....just like the damn builders.
We have owned our home in Butler Farms for a year and a half and we were sold on the same false promises as the rest of our neighbors. You can read from the many reviews that the builders only care about their pockets being lined and not, actually, keeping their word or fulfilling the guarantees of their sales people. I like the house and the neighbors but not even starting on a playground, pool, or amenity center are glaring defects with the subdivision. I love my house but I sure regret this purchase. You aren’t informed that your amenities will never happen. Your taxes for the property improvement is ridiculous… improve what exactly ? I wouldn’t purchased in this community everyone is trying to sale. It’s not worth it
