DO NOT BUY IN BUTLER FARMS OR SARATOGA HOMES!!!! Terrible in every single way since the day of move in! We purchased Oct 2023, it’s now May 2026 and it has been a nightmare! Builders are completely terrible, them and the HOA gives nothing but false hope and promises! Builders point the finger to the HOA and HOA points the finger to the builders! We bought a brand new house here, and we love it!!! Butler Farms is going to be an awesome community with lots of amenities. I can't wait for the pool!!
