RecommendedI would not let anyone else do electrical needs for me. I know with Butler Electrical, it will be done right the first time! Always courteous and professional!
Very rude to me on the phone and said that I was stupid. they never installed my doorbell properly when I had my house built so we just left it as is for 8 years. called them to come fix what they never did in the first place. Sent me a large bill. I tried to explain I shouldn’t have to pay that much. He said if I don’t pay they will put a lien on my house and that I was stupid. And hung up on me. I would not recommend doing business with such a rude person.
I called this morning and explained what was going on. They got an amazing tech named David out, and problem solved. David , was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and he didn’t seem to mind I was asking them. I highly recommend Butler Electric for all your electrical needs.
