Austin and Army did a great job of replacing our air conditioning unit. They took great care to protect our carpet throughout the entire installation process and was very respectful of our home. Our air conditioner stopped working overnight, i was referred to BCH&Air by someone who had previously used them. I called, and spoke to Nancy that morning and they were at our home the same day, even though they were swamped with customers. Called then and Billy was at the house in a few hours to give me a quote for new HVAC system, he gave me 8 quotes for different types of units and explained benefits of each. Once I made my choice, they were out a week later to replace my old system. In and out in less than 8 hours even with a lot of metal work to join up to my return and supply stack.
