Wow, unbelievable is all I can say. Don’t bother calling to check on your loved one here. You hardly ever get a call back. Also, I feel for you if your loved one is dying and you are lied to about their condition. And when asking the next morning if the loved one is ok, being told “she is probably still alive”. There are a select few whom actually care about the residents and for them I am thankful. It’s a shame that because people don’t have a lot of money they get treated like they are nothing. It's BS how you treat a resident that I can use to care fore as a STNA in another Nursing Home and this person never went through what their going through in this facility, I wish I could get them out of there and back where I work! I'm going to report your facility, tomorrow!

They don't take care of the residents. When residents need help no one is around to take care of their needs.
