Cleaning was not done satisfactorily as was discussed when hired.

I disagree. We went over everything after the initial cleaning and 2 areas were addressed that needed more attention from the customer. We took care of it and afterward, the customer was pleased and paid in full. Mr. ****** was what we call an unrealistic customer who felt everything should be looking brand new in an over 100 year old home. We are a cleaning company not a restoration company.
