I went into dodge and specifically told them what was going on with my vehicle. They told me that they would do their own diagnostic ($160+). I also informed them that the vehicle was over heating. I left my vehicle for two days and they called and said the vehicle was ready and the check engine light was off. I picked my vehicle up and not even a month later my vehicle ran hot again and the check engine light was back on. I ordered a part for my car and the dealership ordered the wrong one. When I went to pick up my car and noticed the wrong part was put on I immediately spoke to the service advisor who informed me that based on my vin # it was the right part.(it was not). I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealer in another state, but had been taking my vehicle for all service matters as it was the closest Jeep dealership to where I live. New Sales Management at this dealership seems to really supercharged this place. Although still in an older facility (new one is being developed on Robert Smalls Parkway), deals are being offered, local contests are giving away new Jeep Patriots and 60 second shopping sprees at local Piggly Wiggly and more. My family has had this Chrysler town and country Van Brand new since 2008 we supposedly had an amazing warranty in addition to the lifetime warranty. However, even though we had complained to them numerous times about the same issues they kept telling us there isn't a problem ..... finally under there own advice we took it to another dealer The one in Hilton Head ,Even though its 57.0 miles from where we live and Sure enough over $1,200.00 worth of work needed. that shouldn't have been necessary if butler had done there jobs... read more
