Recently purchased a new vehicle from Butler GM and could not be more pleased with the experience. Peter in sales was great to work with. He explained all the features of the vehicle and made sure it was everything I wanted. Oscar in finance was very efficient and had everything ready to go. And on delivery day summer had it all cleaned up ready to go, and showed me how all the features worked. Great experience from start to finish!
The service and parts dept. at Butler have always been excellent. They’ve just completed a thorough inspection of our 2012 GMC 2500 HD before an extended road trip. The work done and the inspection report was accurate and complete. As for the parts dept., they know their stuff and always happy to help. Getting parts is never a problem, if they don’t have it in stock, they get it overnight. Quite impressive. Pierre Contant
The service department here is phenomenal. I had issues with one of the sensors on my vehicle that I had bought only 3 weeks ago from a different dealership. These guys did really great and quick work on it that thankfully fell under warranty. Definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and quick turn around at the service department
