I am very disappointed with my experience with Butler GMC. I took my 2021 GMC terrain in to have brakes and rotors replaced. Within days of this service my vehicle began to shake violently in the front end and the radio stopped working. We took it back in and found out there was a service notice regarding the axels (don’t quote me I’m not a mechanic) this issue was fixed under warranty however I still had no sound from the radio.
