I have been very disappointed with the service department since purchasing my used vehicle. About 20 days after my purchase, the transmission went out and it took 40 days to get my vehicle repaired. When I finally picked it up, I noticed on the receipt a note from the technician there was an oil leak but no one mentioned there was an oil leak. Dexter and the entire team there were great to work with. Recently bought a used vehicle I had been telling an eye out for and noticed they had it when I'd be passing through that way. They were extremely accommodating in answering questions and collecting pictures and information by email and phone so they I could be in and out quickly. No games or time wasting, which is counter to what you find at most dealers
Chandler was the best! He was very knowledgeable and so very nice. He was there for every question I had and he answered it just right! My salesman Shawn was great and had nothing to do with the trickery that was pulled by the sales manager, Jeff. I went in to buy a vehicle that was priced online for $67k and this is the price we used for all negotiations. I never tried to negotiate the price down, just had to work out how to structure the financing.
