I purchased a Silverado from Atlantic Chevrolet Bayshore on June 27th, and experienced a serious transmission issue less than three weeks later. I just left McKlusky Chevrolet ,,,,(Fields Irtel area) My wife and I purchased Chevrolet ******from this same location After having work performed on my ***** , I returned because my alignment was now off..My wife recently had work performed on her *****and after the service she had a serious alignment issueThe response from Chevrolet was to return for a front end alignment (approx $200.00).******** Oil saved the day again .

Very poor service staff. Had a scheduled service appointment, staff never made 1st attempt to let me know what the delay was or expected time to have my vehicle looked at. 3 days go by, and they say they still need another 3 days to just look at it, even though I had a scheduled appointment for a simple diagnostic.

This location has to running a Money laundering scheme because the service is so poor. They try to over quote all the time and make fasle recommendations to bully women into getting services. The staff only care up making sales and getting paid . I have to beg for a ride home and they always have an excuse why they cant wash my car. They have had my car for 3 days to check a speaker and change the Lug nuts . The speaker was just replaced and they charged me 700 dollars in labor for factory speakers that have already went out... read more

In May 2025 I received an estimate for the replacement of the front struts at about $200 per unit. When I approved the work order on August 7, 2025, they accepted my Chevrolet Tahoe for work. When the car was ready, the service advisor advised me by voice that the unit cost of the struts increased to $900 per strut. When we purchased our vehicle from Bellingham Chevrolet, the deal was represented as a cash out the door purchase meaning everything, including taxes, should have been settled. We were told the title would arrive within a couple of weeks. This dealership is in the wrong neighborhood. They do not care about their consumers. They will lie to sell you a car. You can do better at any other Chevrolet dealership.
