I took my car to Butler Automotive and they kept it for 2 weeks and when I got it the engine light was still on. They told me that it would be $1200 to correct the problem. I went to another shop and they fixed the problem for $300. This was including parts and labor. They told me my oil needs changing and I told them no it doesnât because I just had it changed. They charged me $226 for a diagnostic test where other places were less. They are scammers.Â
Butler Automotive had possession of my vehicle on 2 separate occasions. 2 days the first week and 5 days the second. My vehicle was brought in for front end violations on May 1, 2023. It was finished on May 2. I picked it up on the afternoon of May 3. After 2 minutes of driving it still vibrated. On May 4 morning, I called and reported the issue to Butler.
