Do not use this repair shop they will rip you iff and manager meeka and old dude rob will lie to you they broke things on my vehichle now it has no brakes but im on a mission to tell ithers they are scamming folks this company has had to borrow millions just to stay afloat dont be there next victum

I took my car to Butler Automotive and they kept it for 2 weeks and when I got it the engine light was still on. They told me that it would be $1200 to correct the problem. I went to another shop and they fixed the problem for $300. This was including parts and labor. They told me my oil needs changing and I told them no it doesn’t because I just had it changed. They charged me $226 for a diagnostic test where other places were less. They are scammers.

Butler Automotive had possession of my vehicle on 2 separate occasions. 2 days the first week and 5 days the second. My vehicle was brought in for front end violations on May 1, 2023. It was finished on May 2. I picked it up on the afternoon of May 3. After 2 minutes of driving it still vibrated. On May 4 morning, I called and reported the issue to Butler.
