Contacted Geno Sieg (Sales Representative) Friday night interested in purchasing a newer vehicle. Told him what I was looking for, price range and all, and he sent me a picture of a 2011 Ford Focus. The picture actually wasn't the color I was interested, at least at the time, told him I would have to see it in person. "DON'T LET THE BUTLER DO IT" ShouId be zero stars. I took my car in for not having air. They replaced AC system. Picked my car up on a Friday evening right before closing and noticed a vibration and loud whinning sound when the car is idled as well as the fan was speeding up and slowing down depending on if I use gas pedal. Took car back the next Tuesday. Butler call me and sad all that noise and vibration is coming from needing a motor mount and I needed an alternator for the fan issues. Charged 1500 dollars the first time had to take it back second time charged 800 had to take it a third time then told me I need a new engine the car is a 2017 car still not right avoid this place at all cost
