The owner at Butler auto is very kind and professional and accommodating. He took the time to diagnose a bad alternator in my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and gave me a very fair price and had it fixed the same day very fast very professional and Clean Service highly recommend.
It's one of the friendliest dealers I've been to. If you have a hard time getting a car or approved, they'll do their absolute best to get you on the road.
DEALERSHIP FROM HELL. This dealership sucks so bad y’all the people are nice (owner can get really nasty but everyone else is every nice!) but the business is not credible honestly. I financed a car here and the first red flag was when I went to go see it and it would not turn on. I should have stopped right there but I was inlove with the car (08 accord) so I decided to go through with it and as I drove off I stopped 2 blocks away from dealer to get gas and car would not turn on (red flag 2).
