Not putting the cover back in the engine and denying
My review is for Valdosta Toyota. My husband loves Toyota and that is all he has owned since we met. Over the last year or two, something has happened to cause a decline in the service department customer service. They don't communicate and the person that answers the phone is not very helpful. Was in there today, they do a hard credit inquiry. And they don't even have the car you were doing the credit check for. Then they try to put you in a car you don't want for a higher price. If you don't have the car on the lot then you should be honest about that. So you cause damage to my credit report over a car you don't even have. Always ask for the test drive before running credit. Save your self all of trouble.
Extremely disappointed in Butler Auto Group as a whole — not just their Lexus dealership in Macon. After being lied to and misled during a vehicle purchase, I reached out directly to the parent company to report the situation and ask for help resolving it. No one ever responded.
