I have only ever owned a Toyota. I have only come to this location for bodywork ever they have never let me down. I got hit May 15 by someone messed up the back of my car pretty good it was an insurance claim my car was in and out of the shop by June 5! Not only did they do a stellar job they did it fast! They had to replace my hatchback trunk I had some really special stickers on the back they took their time and decided to change out the glass so that I could keep my stickers. They tore my car apart and then didn’t work on it for weeks claiming my insurance company was responsible for the delays when it should have been totaled a long time ago. They called all the time saying they were working on it when they hadn’t even ordered parts. I don’t want to buy another Toyota after dealing with them. I hope I save someone else from this awful experience.
Took my car in for estimate from a collision and everything explained very well. Fair pricing, caring employees, and given regular progress reports. Pick up my car and it is beautiful and clean inside and out. Looks like a new car!! Thanks crew!!

I have purchased Toyotas and had them repaired to over 30 yrs with Butler - and will never go back. I had complaints from the insurance company that their phones aren't answered in the afternoons and they released my vehicle to a yard without removing the plate or allowing me to pull personal items. I specifically asked the rep to wait and hear from me which I was assured would be the case.
